gezocht graupner 700 BB turbo motoren

Post by Mischa » Thu Jul 31, 2008 11:37 am

Speed 700 Turbo 9.6V
Ik weet wat het verschil is. Maar die mag je wel over kopen.
Technically speaking, Whiskey is a solution.

Even taking in the extra gearing to get an acceptable speed with a normal wheelsize, it's a cheap motor.

The Torque is especialy good. Even higher than that from the Speed 900, what has 1.1nm on 12V.
On the other hand, that means stall takes a lot more amps than 21A.

I guess 21A can be seen as the useable power for the drive.

I would say. 100mm wheel, 2 stage gearing with a total gearratio 19-1.

Hey, that sounds as Prodigy Evo with the speed 700 Turbo C.

Thats right, i testet the stall current one minute ago, its around 130 A !
Very important to build a good gearing.

Those aren't close to the Speed 700 Turbo C's, those are Turbo C's.

Pity they don't have the larger ones.

i dont have enough knowledge to know if these motors are suitable for featherweights. does anyone know the weight? also 120A on stall is quite a high number indeed. wouldnt wanna blow up my speedos..

however im willing to experiment with these.. anyone else want in.. i think, the shipping cost will be lower when we get them all shipped to holland in one box .

There is nothing to experiment, we know they work. As long as you gear them down properly the amps stay down as well.
