Charger-IC for LiPo from LinearTechnology

Post by IBF » Thu Jan 18, 2007 11:33 am

Hello Roboteers,
I will order the charger-IC LTC1734-4.2 from USA (not possible to get in Germany). Has somebody interest ? Price ist nearly 1,50$/part without tax. (Shipping is very expensive , but this is my part ...); Case: SOT23

http://www.linear.com/pc/productDetail. ... 1037,P2011

Actual I got the news, that the LCT4054-4.2 is better, needs no separate components.

Therefore I will order both types.

Best dented wishes

I just bought a new charger, so I think it is a bit much to build yet another charger.. (with the same specs) do they also have chips that charge up from 0mA, instead of 200mA minimum? (I dont have time to read all of it now, when will you finalize your order?)

@Alexander: Sorry, no knowledge about a chip for 0mA. If you have built a charger actual, no question , you don't need another way for charging.

The order should be started next week. Is Wednesday 24.01.07 ok for thinking about ?

I offered this collective ordering to have a better rate between my costs of shipping and the usefulness to the roboteers in NL/BE/DE. If not needed yet, no problem.
