7.8.2 Voltage Cut-out (Advisory)
The robot should be fitted with an under voltage cut-out or alarm set at or higher than the battery manufacturer’s recommendation to prevent the batteries from becoming damaged by over-discharge.

Oke ... waar kunnen we zoiets bestellen ... ?

Hobbyking heeft standaard LiPo alarmen liggen. Die prik je gewoon bij op de balance stekker van een accu.

oeps ... niet gezien ... als het niet moet hoeft er niet in , kan alleen maar kapot gaan ...

Reiner had toch ook een spannings alarm gemaakt voor Lipo? (met een LED als waarschuwing)

wat mijn betreft is lipo alarm niet nuttig in een competitie, wel tijdens testen. Als je midden in een gevecht zit en je accu's zijn bijna leeg. Wat doe je dan? Stoppen ?

De meeste ESC's die lipo geschikt zijn hebben al standaard een lipo cutout. Niks geen probleem dus.
Alleen dat je 'naar buiten toe' geen signalering hebt. En je je dus afvraagd waarom je robot zo aan het haperen is na een paar minuten wedstrijd.

Met A123 was dat simpel. Als je robot ineens vlotter ging rijden wist je dat het bijna gedaan was.
